Graduated from Sault Area High School in 2010

 

 Graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2014, cum laude, with my Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education and a minor in Health Education

 

I have my BA in English 

 

I have had various experiences in education. I've been a substitue teacher, taught: 6th grade writing, reading intervention (K-2), all English at Malcom high school, and 7th grade ELA. I am currently in my second year teaching 10th grade ELA at Sault High. 

 

I  thoroughly enjoy reading books, spending my free time on Lake Superior, coffee, and all food that's chocolate 

 

I'm anticipating an adventurous school year with wonderful kids!
